The present invention relates to a concrete fire-resistant air duct slab manufactured in a dual wet structure, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a concrete fire-resistant air duct slab manufactured in a factory in a dual wet structure with a lower fire-resistant material layer and an upper concrete layer, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the concrete fire-resistant air duct slab manufactured in a dual wet structure comprises: a step (a) of installing a mold and coating a release agent in the mold; a step (b) of installing a shear connection material in the mold at a predetermined interval; a step (c) of spraying or coating a wet fire-resistant material in the mold by a predetermined height required for securing fire-resistant performance to form the fire-resistant layer; a step (d) of performing initial curing in a plastic state when surface arrangement of the fire-resistant layer is completed; a step (e) of installing a reinforcement steel material processed and assembled, which resists total load, on the upper part of the fire-resistant layer; a step (f) of depositing concrete on the upper surface of the fire-resistant layer to form a concrete layer; a step (g) of steam-curing the fire-resistant layer and the concrete layer; and a step (h) of removing the mold. According to the present invention, construction period and costs can be reduced.
