The present invention relates to an anti-fouling agent and an acrylate copolymer as an antifouling agent in a washing process. A further aspect of the present invention is a method of preventing contamination adherence in the washing process and more easily releasing contamination from the textile, and a detergent formulation containing the acrylate copolymer.
