The present invention relates to a production method of a double insulation pipe extrusion casing using an expansion pipe for supplying heat generated in a gas-fired combine cycle combustion turbine plant or a waste incineration plant to a large area including an apartment complex or a commercial building through a district heating system, and a double insulation pipe extrusion casing using the same. The double insulation pipe casing comprises a heat-shrinkable sheet on a sheet of conventional technology and is an extrusion casing which is an extruded product extruded in an extruder by a cylindrical pipe, wherein the extrusion casing are heated, expanded and cooled in the expansion machine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
