The present invention provides a method for manufacturing digital denture to improve convenience and precision in manufacturing, which comprises: a first step of capturing a three dimensional image in which surface information of a target arch and occlusion information of an opposite arch in an oral cavity are displayed wherein a temporary denture having one side occlusion-corresponding to the opposite arch and the inner surface of the other side engagement-corresponding to the surface information of the target arch is designed and manufactured; a second step of installing the produced temporary denture within the oral cavity wherein a corrected scanning image of the temporary denture in which an engagement recess engaged with the target arch and an occlusion surface part occluded with the opposite arch are corrected is acquired; and a third step of designing and producing the digital denture by setting an inner profile of an artificial gum part according to three dimensional surface information of the corrected engagement recess and setting the occlusion surface part of an artificial tooth part according to three dimensional surface information of the corrected occlusion surface part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
