Dimming circuit and dimming system suitable for SCR dimmer circuit

The present disclosure provides a dimming circuit for a SCR dimmer (silicon controlled rectifier) circuit. The dimming circuit includes a signal conversion circuit that converts an input signal into a sinusoidal voltage signal and outputs a sinusoidal voltage signal to the current sampling end of the power factor correction circuit. The dimming circuit also includes a power factor correction circuit for receiving a sinusoidal voltage signal for correcting the power factor. The biasing current is generated according to the input signal and positively correlated with the input signal, and the sinusoidal current signal corresponding to the sinusoidal voltage signal is the sum of the primary current and the biasing current of the transformer in the power factor correction circuit.
