According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an ICT-based smart factory system employing an ERP system, in which administration HR/pay and accounting/cost systems are incorporated, based on project management and real-time production site management. The ICT-based smart factory system comprises a controller and a memory that stores instructions executable by the controller. The controller generates a standard format for pasting (SPF) file based on information input from a client device by executing commands, parses the SFP file to extract project service request information, acquires binary source codes including at least one among a use function used in EPR web pages, parameters of the use function, the number of uses of the use function, and the order of the use function to provide a data linking and control service, generates a fuzzy hash value from the binary source codes, compares the fuzzy hash value with a fuzzy hash value previously input to the ERP database serve to generate a comparison value, determines reliability of the project service request information based on the comparison value, and executes each of the binary source codes if the reliability is greater than or equal to a predetermined value.
