Provided are a high temperature, high pressure matrix acidizing system and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the matrix acidizing system comprises: a core holder for moving a fluid to react with the rock core, to which a rock core is fixed; an injection part for injecting a fluid including an aqueous acid solution and ground water into the core holder; and a discharge part which discharges the fluid which has penetrated the rock core and determines when a worm hole is generated in the rock core. Therefore, in order to analyze a shape and pattern of the worm hole generated by moving acid into the rock core with high solubility in acid, the acid is injected at a constant flow rate to derive an amount of the acid consumed to generate the worm hole after fixing the rock core to the core holder under high temperature and high pressure conditions, thereby selecting an optimal injection rate.
