Provided are a composite rigid-frame bridge with a steel girder having a prestress-induced corner part, and a construction method thereof, wherein when the composite rigid-frame bridge is constructed with a steel girder applied with a rahmen structure, in a corner part, a built up column and a built up beam are individually reinforced with a T-shaped or U-shaped reinforcing material. When forming the corner part, prestress is induced to respond to a negative moment generated in the built up column and the built up beam. Moreover, after the built up column and the built up beam are temporarily bonded with a reinforcing member to induce preflextion to the built up column and the built up beam by using a prestress-induced device, the reinforcing material of each of the built up column and the built up beam is completely welded to easily induce prestress into the corner part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
