Disclosed are an optical fiber coating composition, and an optical fiber coated with the optical fiber coating composition, wherein the optical fiber coating composition comprises a photocurable urethane diacrylate oligomer having a repeating unit of chemical formula 1, a photocurable monomer including a (meth)acrylate group, a vinyl monomer, a photoinitiator, an oxidation stabilizer, and an adhesion enhancer to improve impact resistance of an optical fiber. The optical fiber coating composition according to the present invention comprises: (A) 50 to 70 parts by weight of a photocurable urethane diacrylate oligomer; (B) 20 to 50 parts by weight of a photocurable monomer including a (meth)acrylate group; (C) 1 to 10 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer; (D) 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a photoinitiator; (E) 0.1 to 1 part by weight of an oxidation stabilizer; and (F) 0.1 to 1 part by weight of an adhesion enhancer.
