Provided are a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional textile reinforcing member, and a method of constructing a textile-reinforced concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, a planar grid is bent to have a three-dimensional shape by using a textile grid woven or knitted in a plane, and combined with at least one planar grid so as to easily manufacture a three-dimensional textile reinforcing member. In addition, when the planer grid, which is the textile grid, is combined with a three-dimensional grid to manufacture the three-dimensional textile reinforcing member, a thermosetting resin can be applied to and cured on the textile reinforcing member, and thus, the textile reinforcing member is able to support the placing pressure of concrete. Moreover, it is possible to easily manufacture and construct the three-dimensional textile reinforcing member in a multi-layer. Furthermore, the three-dimensional textile reinforcing member can be formed in a truss structure, thereby manufacturing the three-dimensional textile reinforcing member having flexural rigidity which can be strongly expressed. Thus, when the textile-reinforced concrete structure is constructed using the three-dimensional textile reinforcing member, the textile reinforcing concrete structure can sufficiently support the placing pressure of concrete.
