A pump that is provided in a contaminated wastewater drainage tank into which contaminated wastewater flows, and drains contaminated wastewater is disclosed as a contaminated wastewater drainage pump applied with virtual water level generation algorithm for continuous contaminated wastewater. The contaminated wastewater drainage pump that forms outer appearance of the pump (100) includes: a casing (10) in which contaminated wastewater inlet (11) is formed at the bottom thereof; a buoy (50) provided inside the lower portion of the casing (10), in which a contaminated wastewater through hole (51) is formed and a magnet (52) is provided, and lifted or lowered according to the presence of buoyancy; a magnetic force sensor (40) fixed to one side of the casing (10) to measure an intensity of magnetic force that varies in accordance with an interval (L1) between the magnet(52) interlocked with the buoy (50) and the casing (10); a temperature sensor (60) for measuring the temperature of the contaminated wastewater; and a controller (70) controlling the driving of the pump (100) using time measured values from the magnetic force measurement value of the magnetic force sensor (40), temperature measurement value of the temperature sensor (60) and a time point when the magnetic force is changed to a time point when the change of the magnetic force is stopped.
