Disclosed is a method for allocating a patient to a selected medical relief station by selecting at least one of the medical relief station of an arbitrary position and selecting the medical relief station for allocating patients at an arbitrary position to the selected medical relief station. The method for allocating the patient to the selected medical relief station by selecting the medical relief station comprises: a step of clustering the patients into a plurality of patient groups; a step of matching the group of patients with the medical relief station such that the sum of the degree of severity of the patients belonging to the patient group is the maximum and the sum of the distances between each of the patients belonging to the patient group is the minimum and the sum of the distance between each of the patients belonging to the patient group is minimized; a step of selecting the medical relief station which can be established within the budget range among the matched medical relief stations; and a step of allocating the patient to one of the selected medical relief stations such that the severity of the patient is at a maximum and the distance between the patient and the selected medical relief station is minimized.
