Disclosed are a non-acoustic underwater submarine and projection detection system, a method thereof, and a recording medium recorded with a computer-readable program for executing the method. The non-acoustic underwater submarine and projection detection system includes a wave height measurement unit, an overlap value calculation unit, and an underwater object detection unit. The wave height measurement unit measures the height of a water level in a predetermined detection area for different times. The overlap value calculation unit calculates an overlap value of the water level by overlapping measured values of the water level for a predetermined time area. The underwater object detection unit detects an underwater object of the detection area by comparing the calculated overlap value with a predetermined reference value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
