The present invention relates to a filter bag washing device and a filter bag washing method of an air conditioning system for removing ultrafine dust. The filter bag washing device of an air conditioning system for removing ultrafine dust according to the present invention comprises: a filter bag having a cylindrical shape and having pleats formed in a vertical direction on an outside thereof, and made of a membrane material to filter out fine dust; an air jetting port for jetting air into the filter bag from an upper portion of the filter bag; an air compressor for jetting pulsing air with the air jetting port; a water spray nozzle for spraying water from the upper portion of the filter bag to the outside of the filter bag; a water pump for spraying water to the water spray nozzle; and a dust collecting chamber in which the filter bag is mounted and a liquid in which water and dust are mixed is stored.
