The present invention relates to a failure prediction analysis system of mechanical equipment using big data analysis and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a failure prediction analysis system of mechanical equipment using big data analysis, which collects data from mechanical equipment which is installed anywhere in a subway station to monitor a state of the mechanical equipment in real-time, prevents failure by finding out an abnormal symptom of the mechanical equipment and reduces manpower and money in accordance with corrective maintenance, thereby performing rapid actions when the failure of the mechanical equipment occurs, and a method thereof.
