The present invention provides a motor-generator brush and a capacitor-integrated module of a mild hybrid vehicle and an inverter module using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the motor-generator brush and the capacitor-integrated module of a mild hybrid vehicle comprise: a capacitor for preventing a voltage drop; a brush arranged between the capacitors and being in contact with a slip ring of a rotor; a brush spring provided to one side of the brush and providing an elastic force to the brush; and a connection terminal for connecting the capacitor and the brush to an outside electronic circuit.
