A UV coating device for construction timber of the present invention comprises: a first conveyor for transferring an object to be coated; a first alignment unit for guiding the object to be coated, which is transferred along the first conveyor, in a predetermined direction and arranging the same in an accurate position; a first nozzle arranged to face the first alignment unit to spray a coating solution to the object to be coated, which is restricted while not transferred by the first alignment unit; a reversing unit for reversing the object to be coated falling from the first conveyor and supply the same; a second conveyor for mounting the object to be coated discharged from the reversing unit thereon and transferring the object to be coated; a second alignment unit for guiding the object to be coated, which is transferred along the second conveyor, in a predetermined direction and arranging the same in an accurate position; a second nozzle arranged to face the second alignment unit to spray a coating solution to the object to be coated, which is restricted while not transferred by the first alignment unit; and an alignment supply unit installed in the first conveyor or the second conveyor, and sequentially supplying transferred objects to be coated at regular intervals from one side of the first conveyor or the second conveyor to the other side.
