The present invention relates to a method of analyzing lithofacies by using digital picture data of the inside of a limestone mine, which is capable of simply performing lithofacies analysis by only a picture photographed in a limestone mine by using a general digital camera. The method of analyzing lithofacies by using digital picture data of the inside of a limestone mine comprises the following steps: (a) generating 2D texture and UV mapping consisting of one 3D mesh and patches of a plurality of pieces with respect to an area to be analyzed of the inside of a mine through images photographed in the mine, and generating a 3D model for the area to be analyzed; (b) regenerating UV mapping with respect to the patches of the 3D model, and reconfiguring a texture by forming the area to be analyzed as one integrated patch; and (c) defining at least one dark color with respect to the integrated patch as a training sample to perform supervised learning for an image, and classifying the texture into dark colors by using a prediction model according to the supervised learning so as to perform lithofacies.
