摘要

The present invention relates to capturing drugs and syntehsizing cyclodextrin derivatives, which can be used as a drug delivery system that makes delivery to cells easy by the encapsulation of a hydrophobic substance used as a drug. In addition, the present invention provides a drug delivery method capable of generating liposomes by using the cyclodextrin derivatives and carrying a drug thereon. The present invention forms liposomes using cyclodextrins, so that a separate and conventional step for forming a liposome is not necessary, and a hydrophilic part inside the liposome can carry a hydrophilic drug, and a hydrophobic drug can be carried in a hydrophobic part corresponding to the phospholipid portion of the liposome.
