The present invention relates to an infusion bottle complex equipped with an infusion discharging device having an inner stopper and a three-way valve at a discharge portion of the infusion bottle. More specifically, a discharge passage is formed in the infusion discharge device. The discharge passage is closed with the inner stopper located inside the infusion bottle, and the inner stopper is pushed by a pusher contained in the infusion discharging device to open the discharge passage. The three-way valve is mounted to a bottom of the infusion discharging device to prevent foreign substances from being introduced or generated by connection additional drugs from the outside to be supplied to the infusion bottle or the human body. As a result, secondary infection can be prevented and the stopper can be sanitary.
