Disclosed is a system for consulting new renewable energy business. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for consulting new renewable energy business based on a GIS which provides various kinds of information required when introducing solar power generation business and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a consulting target area is inputted through a webpage and an economic analysis result to be expected is calculated when installing new renewable energy facilities in the area to generate and provide an analysis report. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of providing effectively useful information when a client introduces new renewable energy business.
