The present invention relates to a waterspout coupled rainwater treatment apparatus with a function of removing non-point pollutants and, more specifically, to waterspout coupled rainwater treatment apparatus with a function of removing non-point pollutants, forming a waterspout to be able to clean the non-point pollutants, thereby simplifying a non-pollutant treating facility and reducing facility and maintenance costs. The present invention provides a waterspout coupled rainwater treatment apparatus with the function of removing the non-point pollutants, comprising: a cartridge case forming a dented cartridge holding recess where a plurality of drain holes; a filter cartridge inserted into the cartridge holding recess; a granular filtering material embedded in the filter cartridge; a waterspout cover seated at an upper part of the cartridge case and forming a rainwater inlet hole; and a plurality of opening and closing members installed to seal the drain hole and getting opened when the rainwater flows in.
