Disclosed is a system for controlling temperature of a nutrient solution for aquaculture. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a storage tank which accommodates therein a heat transfer medium made of heat transfer fluids or water; a bed which accommodates therein a nutrient solution necessary for plant cultivation; a first circulation line whose outlet port and recovery port are respectively connected to the storage tank, and which is piped to the bed to cause the heat transfer medium accommodated in the storage tank to circulate; a temperature control unit which forms a heat exchange zone and includes a temperature control part for controlling a temperature of the heat exchange zone; and a second circulation line whose outlet port and recovery port are respectively connected to the storage tank, and whose middle portion is piped so as to pass through the heat exchange zone so that the heat transfer medium accommodated in the storage tank can be heated or cooled while circulating the heat exchange zone. According to the present invention, the heat transfer medium accommodated in the storage tank can be maintained at a set temperature by the temperature control unit, and the heat transfer medium, controlled to the set temperature, can directly heat or cool the nutrient solution accommodated in the bed while circulating an accommodation part of the bed through a supply line of the first circulation line piped to the bed, thereby controlling the temperature of the nutrient solution to the set temperature and maintaining the controlled temperature, without causing changes in concentration or composition of the nutrient solution.
