The present invention relates to a system for recognizing seats for traffic weak people. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for recognizing seats for traffic weak people comprises: a getting-in recognition unit detecting getting-in of transportation weak people by using an RFID; a getting-off recognition unit detecting getting-off of the traffic weak people by using the RFID; a signal output unit outputting a signal; and a control unit controlling the signal output unit to output a first signal through the signal output unit when the getting-in recognition unit detects the getting-in of the traffic weak people and controlling the signal output unit to output a second signal through the signal output unit when the getting- off recognition unit detects the getting- off of the traffic weak people.
