PURPOSE: An opening and closing valve is provided to remove a space where a conducting wire of a magnet coil move by fixing the magnet coil of an electromagnet and to reduce wiring costs.;CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing valve comprises a casing(10), a valve body(50), an armature(51), a core(41), a magnet coil(42), and a driving unit(20). The casing has passages(11,12) and an opening. The valve body opens and closes the opening. The armature is connected to the valve body. The core has an adsorption face(41a) for adsorbing the armature with electromagnetic force. The magnet coil excites the core.
