Provided is a ventilation slab construction equipment of a tunnel and a ventilation slab construction method using the same. A ventilation slab member can be easily mounted in a correct position in an upper part of the tunnel by mounting, lifting, and turning a lifting unit lifting the ventilation slab member to the bottom of the tunnel floor. In addition, movement of the ventilation slab member during a construction work of the ventilation slab member is prevented such that the ventilation slab member can be prevented from being damaged and can be safely installed.
