The present invention relates to a gas heat pump (GHP) system and, more specifically, to a gas heat pump (GHP) system with a power generator, wherein a power generator is provided to drive a compressor by driving of a gas engine and generate power by driving of the gas engine. Accordingly, a gas heat pump can be driven by external power at an early stage, then after that by self-power generated by a generator without using an additional external power. Moreover, the generated power can be supplied to external systems such as an energy storage system (ESS) for storing power of buildings and a power system requiring power. In addition, how water can be supplied by collecting engine water heat.
