The present invention relates to an antifungal composition extracted from cucumber and a method of preparing a composition containing the antifungal composition, and more particularly, to an antifungal composition comprising a cucumber extract and a preparation method thereof. The composition of the present invention exhibits an effect of preventing and inhibiting fungi in a food containing a large amount of water.
