The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the stress of a pressure vessel for preventing spontaneous ignition of a coal yard considering a material and a temperature, which comprises the steps of: analyzing a structure of a simple internal gas tank; comparing and verifying an output value for a shape of the simple internal tank with a theoretical value therefor; determining safety for the shape of the simple internal tank; inputting a material property value for a material in advance; designating and inputting the temperature; comparing and verifying the theoretical value for the shape of the internal tank with the output value therefor by putting the material property value and the temperature of the inputted material into a shape of an actual internal tank; and comparing each value to determine stability.
