Disclosed in the present invention relates to a method for a computer to control a vibrating element used for ultrasonic cleaning, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: applying supply power including a ripple voltage having a predetermined frequency to the vibrating element; modulating the amplitude of the supply power; and modulating the frequency of the supply power. According to the disclosed method, vibration generated by the vibrating element is delivered to a cleaning solution accommodated in a cleaning area, and thus bubbles in the cleaning solution may move to perform cleaning.
