Disclosed is a hollow fiber membrane module, capable of maximizing the efficiency of removing pollutants of a membrane by allowing fluid flow to be smooth inside a membrane when a hollow fiber membrane is cleaned. The hollow fiber membrane module of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical hollow fiber membrane module main body including a plurality of hollow fiber membranes to pass backwashing water when raw water is filtered or cleaned, and including a backwashing (pore washing) inlet through which the backwashing water is introduced and a first outlet for washing the inside of the hollow fiber membranes, through which the backwashing water is discharged, during cleaning; an upper cap including an outlet through which filtered produced water is discharged, and disposed at an upper portion of the hollow fiber membrane module main body; and a lower cap including a second outlet for washing the inside of the hollow fiber membranes, through which the backwashing water is discharged when the raw water is discharged or cleaned, and disposed at a lower portion of the hollow fiber membrane module main body. Also, a module for washing the inside of the hollow fiber membranes including a circular plate and an inlet for washing the inside of the hollow fiber membranes of a protruding shape, formed at a central region of the circular plate to introduce the backwashing water during the cleaning, is disposed inside the upper cap.
