Disclosed is a company organization chart visualizing method for a company organization chart visualizing system. The company organization chart visualizing method includes: a step in a server receives organization data; a step in which the server receives an electronic document and obtains electronic payment information from the electronic document; a step in which the server determines hierarchies of departments; a step in which the server generates an organization chart in accordance with the hierarchies; and a step in which the server transmits the resized organization chart to a client. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling a user to easily manage a company organization chart.
