Disclosed a device control apparatus using brainwave and an electronic apparatus in which the device control apparatus using brainwave is installed. The device control apparatus comprises: a communication unit receiving brainwave data of a user from a brainwave measuring device; an analysis unit analyzing a mental state of the user based on the brainwave data received by the communication unit; and a control unit generating a control signal for the electronic apparatus based on information of the mental state of the user analyzed by the analysis unit. According to the present invention, since the device control apparatus may control the electronic apparatus such as an electronic toy vehicle and a lighting apparatus using the brainwave of the user, effective neuro feedback experiment may be performed.
