The present invention relates to an adapter for an Internet cable access able to perform a physical constraint, which is capable of physically constraining an Internet access between an Internet cable and a network apparatus, preventing a user other than a manager from randomly operating, and fundamentally blocking any unauthorized Internet use by the user. According to the present invention, the adapter for an Internet cable access to connect the Internet cable to the network apparatus comprises: an adapter housing; an adapter male connector placed on one end unit of the adapter housing to have an elastic operation lever detachably hung on a female connector of the network apparatus; an adapter female connector placed on the other end unit of the adapter housing to be accessed by a male connector of the Internet cable; a printed circuit board placed in the adapter housing to electrically connect the adapter male connector to the adapter female connector; and an electric constraint driving means placed in the adapter housing to receive a driving control command from outside, to operate forward and backward, and to convert an operation of the elastic operation lever of the adapter male connector between a constraining status and a non-constraining status.
