The present invention relates to a trailer-mounted modular apparatus for removing a scale and a harmful chemical substance, which comprises: a cleaning tank having a space for accommodating an object to be cleaned therein, an opening and closing door provided at an upper side thereof, and a drainage part provided at a lower side thereof; a cleaning water supply pipe having one end connected to a cleaning water supply means and having the other side installed to communicate to the inside of the cleaning tank; a cleaning water supply module including a pump installed in the cleaning water supply pipe; a pair of guide rails installed at both front and rear sides of the inside of the cleaning tank; a first water sprinkling module moved along the guide rails, and spraying cleaning water toward the object to be cleaned; a second water sprinkling module connected to the cleaning water supply module, installed at both left and right sides in the cleaning tank, and spraying the cleaning water toward the object to be cleaned; an ultrasonic vibration module installed at a side surface of the cleaning tank, and installed with an ultrasonic vibrator toward the inside of the cleaning tank; a nanobubble generating module provided to generate nanobubbles in the cleaning tank; and a medicine injection module installed to inject a cleaning medicine into the cleaning tank.
