According to the present invention, a wave power generation system capable of verifying a design specification of a hydraulic element corresponding to the capacity of wave power generation equipment comprises a generator and a measurer measuring the hydraulic element based on the rotational speed of the generator. The measurer comprises a control unit determining whether a generator RPM received from the generator satisfies an error tolerance range with respect to a preset generator RPM. Accordingly, the generation output using wave energy is predicted, thereby providing an effect of checking throughout variance characteristics of the generator.
