The present invention relates to an emergency power supply switching system of a data center and, more specifically, to an emergency power supply switching system of a data center which can perform synchronous switching stabilization between a common power supply and an emergency power supply of a data center power substation and smooth maintenance, perform uninterruptible operation of a load system when maintenance and inspection are required after replacement of individual devices due to deterioration or a power blackout of the individual device, remove a risk of an electric shock accident during work or inspection, monitor information related to the power supply, including a power generation state of the common power supply and a generator, in the field or remotely, smoothly start the generator when a power blackout of the common power supply occurs by periodically starting and stopping the generator, and stably protect a battery from the outside. In addition, the emergency power supply switching system of a data center comprises a controller, a generator, a power supply switch, an emergency stop switch, a common power supply switch, a power generation switch, and a safe management unit.
