The present invention relates to a masonry guide for a construction block. According to the present invention, specifically, the masonry guide for a construction block has a strong support force even if mortar is not used to fix construction blocks adjacent in all directions while using the existing construction blocks. The masonry guide for a construction block includes a main body installed between the construction blocks having a groove unit on the inner side in the height direction at an end header and having a hollow unit vertically penetrated. The main body includes: two vertical supports formed in the shape of a bar having the length corresponding to the height of the construction block, wherein the two vertical supports are erect between the end headers on the outside of the groove unit; and a vertical connection unit having the length same as or shorter than the length of the vertical support and having the width corresponding to the width of the groove unit, wherein the vertical connection unit is installed in the vertical direction from an upper end of the vertical support between the two vertical supports.
