The present invention relates to a method for estimating a usage amount of a non-residential building by energy use using a measurement system (110) and a bill (B) for an energy usage amount. According to the present invention, the method comprises: (a) a step (S100) of inputting, to a bill input module (120), information on annual fuel and power consumption provided from the bill (B); (b) a step (S110) of transmitting measurement information on the amount of fuel and electric power used for hot water supply to a measurement data input module (130) from the measurement system (110); (c) a step (S120), in an analysis module (140), of dividing the annual fuel and power consumption input in the step (a) into monthly units and classifying all the separated months into winter, summer and mid-season; and (d) a step (S130), in a calculation module (150), of determining a heating energy usage amount of the winter month by subtracting the amount of fuel and electric power used for hot water supply and ventilation power consumption from the total amount of fuel and electric power and ventilation power consumption for heating and hot water supply when the specific month is the winter season wherein the total amount of fuel and electric power and ventilation power consumption increases compared to one month during the mid-season, and determining the cooling energy usage amount in the summer month by subtracting the amount of the ventilation power consumption from the total amount of the fuel and electric power consumption and the ventilation electric power consumption for cooling when the specific month is in the summer season wherein the total amount of the fuel and electric power consumption and the ventilation electric power consumption increases compared to one month during the mid-season.
