The present invention relates to a method of determining stimulation features to maximize the effect of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing based on an emotion vector by biosignal measurement. The method comprises: a classification step of providing preset questionnaire information to a test subject to classify a type of behavior activation system and a type of behavior suppression system; a stimulation feature providing step of providing preset stimulation features to the test subject classified by the classification step; a stimulation feature changing step of sequentially changing and providing preset specific variables among the stimulation features provided in the stimulation feature providing step; a biosignal measuring step of measuring a biosignal of the test subject receiving the stimulation features every predetermined time; and a stimulation feature determining step of determining a stimulation feature for maximizing the effect of desensitization and reprocessing by analyzing the biosignal of the test subject measured in the biosignal measuring step.
