The present invention relates to a monitoring method for a freshwater-brine mixing zone of underground water inside a tube well using a multi-channel underground water observing apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring method for the freshwater-brine mixing zone of underground water inside the tube well using the multi-channel underground water observing apparatus comprises: a step of installing the tube well; a step of measuring a conductivity by depth of the underground water inside the tube well, and measuring a depth, thickness, and shape of the initial freshwater-brine mixing zone; a step of adjusting an installation depth and range of a plurality of sensor units of the multi-channel underground water observing apparatus in accordance with the depth, thickness, and shape of the initial freshwater-brine mixing zone; a step of installing the adjusted multi-channel underground water observing apparatus in the tube well; and a step of using the multi-channel underground water observing apparatus to monitor the depth, thickness, and shape of the freshwater-brine mixing zone of underground water inside the tube well in accordance with the measurement and time. The present invention aims to provide the monitoring method for the freshwater-brine mixing zone of underground water inside the tube well using the multi-channel underground water observing apparatus, which is able to precisely measure a depth, thickness, shape, and salt concentration of the freshwater-brine mixing zone of underground water inside the tube well regardless of time and place.
