A method and apparatus for generating a body organ image using a three-dimensional model is disclosed. According to the disclosed method or apparatus, a medical image is received in real time, and the medical image is compared with an image matched with the three-dimensional model, and a three-dimensional model combined image is output to the real-time medical image.
