The present invention relates to a technology-complex type tubular well device for soil and groundwater in-situ remediation, which is manufactured to selectively apply a remediation technology required for a corresponding tubular well to apply a complex remediation technology (soil vapor extraction (SVE), air sparging, air stripping, dual phase extraction, chemical remediation, and groundwater circulation) in a low water permeable ground, which is capable of securing durability of a remediation action by facilitating simultaneous remediation of soil and groundwater and movement and installation for each location, and which is capable of improving remediation efficiency through improvement of groundwater flow of a low water permeable ground. The technology-complex type tubular well device for soil and groundwater in-situ remediation comprises: a connection pipe (1000) for applying SVE and sound pressure; a pipe (2000) capable of air sparging and injection of a remediation material; an air injecting pipe (3000) for expanding a packer; a sample-collecting and re-injecting valve (4000) capable of extracting and re-injecting groundwater; a pump connection pipe (5000) provided on a lower end of a body; a remediation material and groundwater re-injecting pipe (6000); and a SVE connecting valve (7000).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
