The present invention relates to a natural-friendly environment friendly method for naturally purifying contaminated stream water and reviving natural ecosystem by creating an artificial fish farm combined with a large rainwater storage. According to the present invention, the natural-friendly environment friendly method comprises: a structure of a front sliding panel (200) connected to upper and lower operation guides (101) vertically formed to store the stream water; an ascending and descending expansion device (320) connected to the upper part of one side and the other side of the front sliding panel (200); and a water quality purifying unit (300) combined with a fish way and a grinder, which is formed to be unspecific on the front sliding panel (200). The natural-friendly environment friendly method naturally purifies the contaminated stream water while naturally forming the fish way restoring the natural ecosystem and naturally purifying the contaminated stream water.
