The present invention relates to a water-cooling jacket structure for maximizing heating of an LED module in which the heating is very important by being formed with a highly integrated structure. More specifically, a heat dissipation plate of a mesh structure, which can maximize a heat dissipation area, is additionally installed in a water-cooling line of a water-cooling jacket of a water-cooling typed LED module so as to maximize heat dissipation performance. According to the present invention, the water-cooling jacket of an LED module comprises: a mesh structure module in which a water-cooling line is formed with a mesh structure and performs heating; a base unit accommodating the mesh structure module; and a cover unit coupled to be detachable from the base unit and fixing the mesh structure module. According to the water-cooling jacket of an LED module, the water-cooling line of the water-cooling jacket is realized with various mesh structures such as a honeycomb shape, a cylindrical shape, a zigzag partition, and the like, thereby maximizing a heating area.
