Provided are a method for providing a transmission loss factor (TLF) of a reference point, a method for modelling system data of a reference point and an apparatus for providing a TLF of a reference point. The method for providing the TLF of the reference point performed by the apparatus for providing the TLF which is operated by at least one processor, comprising the steps of: setting the reference point; receiving generation data, transmission and transformation data, and load data respectively; modelling the received data into data on power system simulator for engineering (PSS/E) of the reference point to generate the system data of the reference point based on the modelling resu and calculating the TLF for each power generator of the reference point using the system data of the reference data. The present invention prospects a mid term and long term change of the TLF.
