The present invention relates to a steel frame structure for connecting culverts to prevent urban flooding, capable of easily and rapidly connecting two culverts for preventing urban flooding, which are installed at intervals. According to the present invention, the steel frame structure for connecting culverts to prevent urban flooding is installed to connect a first culvert for preventing urban flooding and a second culvert for preventing urban flooding, which are separated at fixed intervals. The steel frame structure for connecting culverts includes: a main steel frame structure connected to one end of the first culvert for preventing urban flooding; and an extended steel frame structure installed to slide along the inner surface of the main steel frame structure at one end of the main steel frame structure, wherein the extended steel frame structure is connected to one end of the second culvert for preventing urban flooding. The length of the main steel frame structure is shorter than the distance between the first culvert for preventing urban flooding and the second culvert for preventing urban flooding. The extended steel frame structure is moved, and one end of the extended steel frame structure is in contact with one end of the second culvert for preventing urban flooding.
