The present invention relates to a smart wireless town announcement system which can remove a poor broadcasting reception area through digital communications between a town broadcast server and in-house transceiver, clearly provide broadcasting, prevent non-transmission of disaster broadcasting due to wire short-circuit at disasters by ensuring wireless bidirectional communications, minimize disadvantage of missing the listening of broadcasting by displaying the list of announcements or disaster announcements on a display window and allowing a user to select and listen to the announcements again, provide the text on a screen in an appropriate size according to the eyesight of a user by allowing expansion or contraction of the text on the screen, and minimize damage to human lives or properties by quickly transmitting disaster situations. In addition, the smart wireless town announcement system comprises: a town broadcast server which transmits and receives announcement or disaster broadcasting; a manager transceiver which transmits the announcement or disaster broadcasting to the town broadcast server; a manager mobile which transmits the announcement or disaster broadcasting to the town broadcast server; an in-house transceiver which is installed inside a building in order to receive the announcement or disaster broadcasting transmitted from the town broadcast server, and outputs the same with voice or on a screen; and a user mobile which receives the announcement or disaster broadcasting transmitted from the town broadcast server and outputs the same with voice or on a screen. Moreover, the in-house transceiver wirelessly communicates with the town broadcast server, and wireless mutual transmission or reception is possible among in-house transceivers.
