The present invention relates to a device for inspecting an AOC cable having a TX connector module, an RX connector module, and an optical cable, which comprises: a main body unit having a predetermined control device and an operation device embedded therein; a TX inspection module for inspecting a TX connector module; and an RX inspection module for inspecting an RX connector module. The TX inspection module includes: a TX connector module mounting unit on which the TX connector module is mounted; a first electrical signal transmission unit for transmitting an electrical signal generated in the main body unit to the TX connector module mounting unit; and an optical signal receiving unit for receiving an optical signal generated in the TX connector module receiving the electrical signal to transmit the same to the main body unit. The RX inspection module includes: an RX connector module mounting unit on which an RX connector module is mounted; an optical signal providing unit for generating an optical signal by the electrical signal generated in the main body unit, and providing the optical signal for the RX connector module mounting unit; and a second electrical signal transmission unit for transmitting the electrical signal generated from the RX connector module receiving the optical signal to the main body unit.
