The present invention relates to a system for collecting a bus fare. The system for collecting a bus fare using a QR code of the present invention comprises: a display installed on a dash board of a bus to be viewed by a driver during driving; a QR code output unit installed in an entrance step or a window frame of the bus, and outputting the generated QR code; a passenger terminal for scanning the QR code of the QR code output unit, and requesting a fare payment; a payment approval module for receiving and storing information on the passenger terminal and information on the QR code of the bus, and reading the same to request an approval of the fare payment; a CPU for transmitting the QR code to the QR code output unit to output the same, transmitting an approval detail and a passenger getting-on/off detail transmitted from the payment approval module to the display so as to enable the driver to view the same, and storing an approved payment detail in a database; and a communication unit provided at the CPU, the payment approval module, and the passenger terminal.
